Carefully bend the knees and grab the front round tube of the machine and slowly lift, then move the machine to its new location. 2. Seat Adjustments 1. Release the seat clamp by pulling outward, then slide the seat forward or backward to a comfortable position. 2. Once in position press the seat clamp back into place to secure the slider from moving. 3. Adjust the height of the seat post by pulling the yellow round knob on the post outward and hold. 4. -

Machine Power Up 1. Pedal Rotation: Without a power supply connected, pedaling the machine continuously will keep the console on. Heart Rate Heart Rate Tracking OPTION 1: Contact Heart Rate The user can place their hands on the metal contact plates located on the handlebar during the workout. After a short period of time the heart symbol on the console screen will begin to blink and the user heart rate will appear. NOTE: Keep hands still to receive a consistent reading. -

Biomechanical Positioning ISO Upright Mounting 1. Release the clamp mechanism on the seat slider and move the seat forward or backward to set at comfortable position, then reset the clamp on the slider to keep the seat in position. 2. Pull outward on the yellow seat post height adjustment knob then pull the seat post up or down to a comfortable height. NOTE: The seat post should be positioned so your legs have a slight bend at the knee at full extension when pedaling. -
