REMOVAL OF UPRIGHT BIKE 1. Remove display board (4) screws. 2. Remove (4) screws inside holding the plastic console to the bike. 3. Remove the handle bars (2) bolts per side. Or loosen the (2) 3/16 allen head screws and slide the handle bars out.

REMOVAL OF RECUMBENT HOOD 1. Remove cup holder and heartrate pickup. 2. Remove upper control panel. 3. Remove ribbon cable and the heartrate pickup from the handlebar holder. 4. Loosen the (4) bolts holding the handlebar in, and then pull the handlebar out. 5.

3. Cut all the plastic ties and unplug the ribbon cable and also the (2) red wires going to the brake. 4. Remove the complete assembly. CHECK THE RPM AND SPEED SENSOR 1. With bike scolling SCIFIT SOLUTIONS across the display .

2. Pedal the bike and look at the RPM LED’s . 3. The RPM should be counting up the faster you pedal the bike(at least 150 RPMs). 4. If you have no read out, on the upright move the lower board around until the upper board receives the signal.

D. BEARING NOISE INSIDE THE BIKE. 1. BEARING ARE LOCATED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EACH SHAFT. LISTEN TO EACH BEARING AND REPLACE ACCORDINGLY. 2. BEARING ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE MAGNETIC BRAKE. E. SEAT ON UPRIGHT WILL NOT STAY UP. 1. THE PLASTIC LIFT TO ADJUST HANDLE MUST NOT HIT THE HOOD WHEN IN THE DOWN POSITION.
