Ending a call, Redial Call Mute & Unmute Ending a call To end a call simply press the soft key labeled end call. If using the handset calls can also be ended by placing it back in the cradle. Redialing To redial the privously dialed number press the redial button directly underneath the DSS pane.
Call Transfer Call transfering To transfer the current party to another extension within your office simply press the "XFER" soft key then dial the receiving party's extension press XFER again to confirm. Attended transfer To perform an Attended transfer dial the third party's extentsion first, once they have answered their line press the XFER soft key to transfer the calling party to them.

Phone book & history Accessing call logs To access you calling history simpley hit the call log button to be brought to a list of calls that have been made and recived by the network. Once in the call logs list you can use the soft keys to redial or create a saved contact of any number within the log.

Call & ring volume Adjusting ring call volume First hit the "Menu" soft key. Navigate the main menu and select "Settings". Locate "Basic Settings" and from there select "Ring Settings". Form the ring settings menu you can use the options to adjust the type of ring, adjust the ring volume for the headset, or adjust the ring volume for the phone itself.
