Wide Range DC Input is default definition in military LCD monitors, connect the power cord to the DC
outlet, and connect the power to the monitor through pins as below
J2: Signal Pins (D38999/24WD35PN) (Default: VGA, Optional: VGA+DVI)
Default is VGA Input, with additional one DVI-D could be for optional.
J3: Video Input (BNC) (Optional)
This is a BNC connector for NTSC/PAL video input signal.
