Insert casters into each leg hole on underside of
five-star chair base. Place gas lift into center hole on
top side of base and slide dust cover over gas lift.
(See Figure 1)

  • Page 2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED 2. Align mechanism over pre-drilled holes on underside Figure 2 of seat cushion with tension knob facing front of seat. Attach mechanism to seat cushion using four 1/4" x 3/4" screws. (See Figure 2) Front of Seat Note: Use Allen wrench to tightly secure all screws.

    CHAIR ADJUSTMENTS 1. Seat Height Adjustment – To raise seat height, lift lever up with little to no weight on the seat. To lower seat height, lift lever up while sitting. 2. Upright Tilt Lock – To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever in toward the center of the seat.
