油量（迹）调整方法

Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.

（1）釜部油量確認 / Confi rmation of the amount of oil in the hook / 旋梭油量确认
1 油量（跡）確認用紙

※ 以下 2）の作業を行う時は、すべり板を外し、指が釜に触れないよう十分注意してください。
1） 冷えた頭部の場合は、3 分程度の空運転を行ってください。 （適度な断続運転）
2） 油量（跡）確認用紙は、ミシンを運転した状態で挿入してください。
3） 油溜りの油面の高さは、HI と LOW の範囲内にあることを確認してください。
4） 油量（跡）確認所要時間は、5 秒間で行ってください。 （時計で計ってください。 ）
* When carrying out the procedure described below in 2, remove the slide plate and take extreme caution not to
allow your fi ngers to come in contact with the hook.
1) If the machine has not been suffi ciently warmed up for operation, make the machine run idle for approximately
three minutes. (Moderate intermittent operation)
2) Place the amount of oil (oil spots) confi rmation paper under the hook immediately after the machine stops running.
3) Confi rm the height of the oil surface in the oil reservoir is within the range between "HIGH" and "LOW".
4) Confi rmation of the amount of oil should be completed in fi ve seconds. (Check the period of time with a watch.)

2) After the amount of oil in the hook has been properly adjusted with the oil amount adjustment screw, make the
sewing machine run idle for approximately 30 seconds to check the amount of oil in the hook.
ミシンの不意の起動による事故を防ぐため、電源を切ってから行ってください。

1） 下軸前メタルについている油量調節ねじを + の方向 ( A 方向 )
2） 油量調節ねじで調整した後は、30 秒間程度の空運転を行い油
