select "Permit" and then click "Select" rather than enter any content, as in-

dicated in the figure below:

5.2 Video Conference

The video conference function adopts the high-definition camera, echo cancellation

and noise reduction. You can carry out video conversation anywhere anytime.

5.2.1 Click the icon "Video Conference" to enter the login page. If you have not

logged in the system, you will enter the account number setting page. Please carry out

the login operation.

5.2.2 Addition of contact person: Click the button "Add a contact person" and type

in the account number of contact person (The contact person can be directly added

on Smart Meeting Recorder VTR9800; the user of mobile phone has to download the

video conference APP and register the account number), so as to add a contact per-

son.

5.2.3 Download of mobile phone APP: Please download the video conference APP of

Smart Meeting Recorder VTR9800 by scanning the two-dimensional code, as indicated

in the figure below.

5.2.4 The video conference function supports two modes, namely two-party mode

and multi-party mode:
