5.1.3.4 Click "Print" so as to complete the printing function. It is as indicated in the

figure below :

1.When a USB disk is inserted, the system will search all files of corre-

sponding format in USD disk. If no file is displayed, you can refresh the dis-

play or re-enter the file list by clicking the screen.

2. As for audio, video or picture, when no USB disk is inserted, the system

will only search the files under local fixed storage directory (audio, video

or picture).

3. By default, the Smart Meeting Recorder VTR9800 supports the HP net-

work printers, and the wireless printers supported include HP M227fdw;

HP M132nw; HP M126nw; HP M281fdw; HP M128fw; HP M132fw; HP

M254dw; HP M254nw. Both the Smart Meeting Recorder VTR9800 and

printer shall be connected to a same local area network (LAN).

4. When you open a file in USB disk for the first time under the file man-

agement function of Smart Meeting Recorder VTR9800, the system will dis-

play "Is this application permitted to edit the file on the SD card?". Please
