An Overview of the CN SignalMaster ™ The CN SignalMaster FSJoin ™ is a single-level LED light bar with ROC ™ (Reliable On- Board Circuitry) and Solaris ® LED technologies. ROC eliminates approximately 85 percent of potential failure points by incorporating a printed circuit board (PCB) in one assembly to substantially reduce the number of electrical connections. -
