phone KX-TGD862 I can set up the answering message but when I call the phone I get a pre recorded message. it doesn't repeat the message i recorded (that works when checked) but it repeats the pre recorded message. That's a big issue. Thanks
The Panasonic Link2Cell KX-TGD862 may play a pre-recorded greeting message instead of your recorded message for the following reasons:
1. If you reset to the pre-recorded greeting or did not record your own greeting message.
2. If the message recording time is set to “Greeting only,” which prevents callers’ messages from being recorded and plays a different pre-recorded greeting asking them to call again.
