Selector Stem Adjustments To prevent the Selector Stem from contacting the inside of the Weight Stack when the machine is in use, you need to check the vertical angle of the Selector Stem (steps A and B). If the stem slides smoothly without contacting the inside of the weight plates, assembly of the unit is complete.
