I am trying to auto program and the gate says it is opening then closing but the motor doesn't actually move
The Cardin Series gate may not move during auto programming due to the following causes:
1. Encoder direction error – The gate movement direction may not match the encoder setting.
2. Motor power supply connection issue – Check if the motor is properly connected to power.
3. Current sensor error – A problem with the current sensor can prevent movement.
4. Photocell alarm – If the photocells are in alarm and the gate is blocked, no movement commands will be accepted.
5. Safety device alarm – If any safety device is in alarm, the command will not be carried out.
