The time to make the assembly of these support frame is estimated for 2 persons, at 20 minutes.
The equipment has to be regularly maintained by the owner. It is advised to:
- Check every week that all the screws are correctly tightened
- Fix paint defects if the module has been damaged, using the adapted paint, specified by the manufacturer.
- Replace all damaged or missing parts with a spare part recommended by the manufacturer.
- Clean the product by using dishwasher soap, clean water, and soft cloth.
It is advised to carry out this cleaning once or twice a year, or even more regularly according to the environmental
conditions (saline environment, ...)
One full year parts and labour guarantee. Every claim regarding the condition of the delivered equipment has to be
done within the legal period, of the reception of the material.
The warranty will not apply to:

All degradation during the transport.

All degradation due to poor maintenance.

All degradation due to use differing from which was intended
-
Any defect claimed after the end of the legal period.

Any damage due to a faulty installation or assembly of the module

- Page 2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION NECESSARY TOOLS (NOT INCLUDED) Allen key 6 INCLUDED ITEMS 1– POSITIONING OF THE EQUIPMENT (x2) IMPORTANT : The net has to be as- sembled into the support frame BE- FORE being attached to the goal. Put the equipment in position by placing the part with the groove facing upwards (see picture below).
- Page 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 2– ASSEMBLY OF THE FOLDING BASE FRAME (x4) 1) Insert sleeves into the external compartments of the 20x80 profile. 2) Put screws in position , without tightening ( to keep it loose for the fixation of step 3 ) 3) Slide the other part of the profile 20 x 80 on the sleeves, then put the 2 other screws.
- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 3– FIXING THE FOLDING BASE FRAME ON GOAL (x2) Fix the product to the system on the goal. NECESSARY ITEMS...
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 4- IDENTIFYING THE ANGLES (x2) IMPORTANT : the nets have to be assembled on the folding base frame BEFORE being fixed on the goal The ends of the net and of the base frame will respectively by named 1,2,3,4,5,6 and A,B,C,D for all the rest of the assembly instructions.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 5– INSERTION OF THE NET IN THE REAR PROFILE(x2) Insert 4 in the C corner and slide it to D. Advice: Insert the knots one by one in the corner. Advice: Be careful that the knots don’t come out at the junction.

ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTION 6– INSERTING THE NET IN THE SIDE PROFILES (x2) Insert 1 in C corner and slide it to A. Insert 2 in D corner and slide it to B. NECESSARY ITEMS... - Page 8 ASSEMBLY 7– POSITIONING THE COVERS (x4) Fix the covers leaving the top corner thread of the net out through the opening. NECESSARY ITEMS 8– LIFTING OF THE BASE FRAME (x4) For lifting, place yourself on the middle rather than on the side. To maintain the system in folded position, hang one of the meshes in one of the hooks located on the goal, or use a rope.
