Maintenance position

For accessing the nozzle, diffuser disc and electrodes, follow the
indications below:
 Unthread the wires 1) from the control box, the flame detec-
tor 2), and loosen the nut 3) from the pump.
 Loosen the screws 4) and extract the nozzle-holder assem-
bly 5) by turning to the right.

 Loosen the wires 1) from the electrodes, loosen the screw
3) (Fig. 22), and take the diffuser disc holder assembly 6)
out of the nozzle-holder assembly 5).

Replace the nozzle 7) (Fig. 27), holding the nozzle-
holder with the help of a spanner

Maintenance
 Refit following the operations in the reverse order to the one
described above
After reassembling the nozzle-holder assembly
5), tighten the nut 3) as shown in Fig. 28

Tighten without
bringing right to
the end stop
