R-Biopharm Rhône Ltd makes no warranty of any
kind, express or implied, except that all products
made by R-Biopharm Rhône Ltd are made with
materials of suitable quality. If any materials are
defective, R-Biopharm Rhône Ltd will provide a
replacement product. The user assumes all risk and
liability resulting from the use of R-Biopharm Rhône
Ltd products and procedures. R-Biopharm Rhône Ltd
shall not be liable for any damages, including special
or consequential damages, loss or expense arising
directly or indirectly from the use of R-Biopharm
Rhône Ltd products or procedures.
