Installing the cooker hood (filtering/recirculation)
1. Prepare the power supply (see page 5).
2. Drill four 8mm holes in the ceiling, using the upper plate (A) as a
template.
3. Insert plastic dowels into the holes.
4. Attach the baffle to the upper plate, using the four screws (B).
5. Attach the upper plate to the ceiling.
6. Install the lower structure (C) on the cooker hood and fasten securely
with the washers and nuts.
7. Connect the drainpipe to the power unit nozzle and fix securely with a
hose clamp.
8. Insert the upper structure (D) into the lower structure (C) and adjust
the height (the minimum distance between the filters and the gas or
electric hob must be 65cm).
9. Tighten the screws holding the upper and lower structures together.
10. Insert the two extension tubes (E).
11. Lift the cooker hood, structures and extension tubes to the upper plate
until the springs (F) hook into the slots on the upper structure.
12. Insert the safety screws (G) and tighten the upper structure to the
upper plate.
13. Connect the hood tube to the baffle.
14. Connect the cooker hood to the mains.
15. Lift the upper tube to the ceiling and insert the two screws (E).
16. Insert the filters (see page 7).

Blocking the stop valve

Note: Before connecting the flexible exhaust pipe to the motor, make sure
that the stop valve (on the air outlet of the motor) can swing freely.
