27.2. Funzione di TEST
Mediante l'accessorio TT2 (Unità di Test fornibile a richiesta)
è possibile effettuare il TEST complessivo della funzionalità di
sgancio del relè (parte elettronica e solenoide di apertura
Y03). L'unità di Test TT2, tramite il connettore a 9 PIN,consente
di effettuare il TEST delle funzioni 50-51 nella configurazione
con curva a tempo dipendente (DT).
Il suddetto TEST può essere eseguito con solenoide di aper-
tura Y03 attivato (TRIP) oppure disattivato (TEST).

Utilizzo dell'unità TT2
Porre il Dip Switch 1 in posizione A per abilitare il TT2 al
funzionamento; ciò permette anche l'alimentazione dell'unitàdi
prova con conseguente accensione del display.
In questo caso è anche possibile effettuare il reset hardware
della protezione e il reset dei relè di segnalazione K51/Y03.
Porre i Dip Switch 1 e 2 in posizione A e premere il pulsanteTEST
per effettuare lo sgancio del solenoide di apertura Y03 con la
conseguente apertura dell'interruttore.
Porre i Dip Switch1e 3 in posizione A e premere il pulsanteTEST
per effettuare il controllo delle funzioni I> e I>> (solo per le
curve a tempo fisso) ed iniziare la temporizzazione della
funzione prescelta con il successivo sgancio del solenoide di
apertura Y03 e la conseguente apertura dell'interruttore.
Porre i Dip Switch 1, 3 e 4 in posizione A se si desidera inibire
il comando di apertura del solenoide di apertura Y03 durante
il controllo delle funzioni I> e I>>.
Per effettuare l'autodiagnosi della carica della batteria e del
corretto funzionamento del TT2, porre il Dip Switch 1 in
posizione A, premere il pulsante CHECK e verificare l'accen-
sione del LED. Se il LED risulta spento è necessario sostituire
la batteria.

28. Controlli periodici

Si consiglia di ripetere, con cadenza annuale e per almeno
cinque volte, il test descritto nel paragrafo precedente.

27.2 TEST function
By using the TT2 accessory (Test Unit supplied on request), the
overall functionality TEST of the relay release (electronic part
and YO3 opening solenoid) can be carried out. By means of
the 9 PIN connector, the TT2 Test unit allows the TEST to be
carried out on functions 50-51 in the configuration with definite
time curve (DT).
The above-mentioned TEST can be carried out with the YO3
opening solenoid activated (TRIP) or de-activated (TEST).

Use of the TT2 unit
Put Dip-Switch 1 in position A to enable TT2 for operation. This
also enables the test unit power supply with the display
therefore lighting up.
In this case, it is also possible to carry out hardware resetting
of the protection and resetting of the K51/YO3 signalling
relays.
Put Dip-Switches 1 and 2 in position A and press the TEST
pushbutton to release the YO3 opening solenoid with conse-
quent circuit-breaker opening.
Put Dip-Switches 1 and 3 in position A and press the TEST
pushbutton to check functions I> and I>> (only for the fixed time
curves) and start selected function timing with subsequent
release of the YO3 opening solenoid and consequent circuit-
breaker opening.
Put Dip-Switches 1, 3 and 4 in position A if the YO3 opening
solenoid opening command is to be disabled during checking
of function I> and I>>.
To carry out self-diagnosis of the battery charge and correct
operation of the TT2, put Dip-Switch 1 in position A, press the
CHECK pushbutton and verify that the LED lights up. If the LED
is off, the battery must be replaced.

8. Periodic checks

It is advisable to repeat the test described in the paragraph
above annually and at least five times.
