10. PNR Circuit Board
(Time required: About 19 minutes)
10-1 Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)
10-2 Remove the twelve (12) screws marked [480I].
The PNR circuit board can then be removed. (Fig.6)
* As for the screw marked [480I] at the position of B, it is
tightened together with a wire clip. (Fig.6)
11. MVR Circuit Board
(Time required: About 18 minutes)
11-1 Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)
11-2 Remove the volume knob from the control panel. (Fig.7)
11-3 Remove the three (3) screws marked [480K].
The MVR circuit board can then be removed. (Fig.6)
12. PNL Circuit Board
(Time required: About 20 minutes)
12-1 Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)
12-2 Remove the AM circuit board. (See procedure 5.)
12-3 Remove the ten (10) screws marked [480F].
The PNL circuit board can then be removed. (Fig.6)
* As for the screw marked [480F] at the position of C, it
is tightened together with a GND terminal. (Fig.6)
13. LCD Unit
(Time required: About 19 minutes)
13-1 Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)
13-2 Remove the DM circuit board. (See procedure 2.)
13-2 Remove the four (4) screws marked [480J].
The LCD unit can then be removed. (Fig.6)
14. Speaker (Woofer)
(Time required: About 18 minutes)
14-1 Remove the lower case assembly. (See procedure 1.)
14-2 Remove the four (4) screws marked [40].
The speaker (woofer) can then be removed. (Fig.8)
* The left and right speakers (woofers) can be removed in
the same way.

11-2 コ ン ト ロールパネル面からボリ ュームツマ ミ を外します｡ （ 図7）
11-3 [480K]のネジ3本を外して、 MVRシー ト を外します｡ （ 図6）
12. PNLシート （所要時間: 約20分）
12-1 下ケースAss'yを外します｡ （ 1項参照）
12-2 AMシー ト を外します｡ （ 5項参照）
12-3 [480F]のネジ10本を外して、 PNLシー ト を外します｡ （ 図6）
※ Cの位置の[480F]のネジ1本は、アース端子と共締め
されています。（図6）
13. 液晶ユニット （所要時間: 約19分）
13-1 下ケースAss'yを外します｡ （ 1項参照）
13-2 DMシー ト を外します｡ （ 2項参照）
13-3 [480J]のネジ4本を外して、 液晶ユニ ッ ト を外します｡ （ 図6）
14. スピーカ （ウーファー） （ 所要時間: 約18分）

14-2 [40]のネジ4本を外して、 ス ピーカ （ウーフ ァ ー） を外します｡
