Maintenance and Troubleshooting Cleaning the Connector Adapter To prevent dust and dirt from entering the connector, always replace the protective cap on the adapter when not in use. Clean the adapter using a lint-free swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol (98 % pure or more). Then, blow-dry with compressed air. -
