Buffing Wheel Components

A. Spacer (1 of 4): Supports flange to hold buff-
ing wheel securely.
B. Spindle: Secures and spins buffing wheels.
Accepts 1" bore wheels of up to 10" diameter.
C. Wheel Flange: Hold buffing wheel.

D. ON/OFF Switch w/Disabling Key: Turns
motor ON when moved up; turns motor OFF
when moved down. When key is removed,
switch is disabled and machine cannot start.
E. Variable-Speed Dial: Rotates to adjust buff-
ing speed. Variable-speed dial must be turned
fully counterclockwise for motor to start.

Digital Readout: Displays spindle RPM.

G. LED Work Light: Illuminates buffing area for
better visibility. Turns ON with machine and
adjusts to desired position.
