Disconnect all fluid and air lines.
2. Remove the manifolds and
check valve parts as directed in

NOTE: If you are removing only the diaphragm
shaft bearing (111), skip step 4.

5. Use a 10 mm socket wrench to remove the
screws (104) holding the air covers (103) to the
center housing (101).
6. Remove the air cover gaskets (102). Always
replace the gaskets with new ones. The gasket
part number depends on the diaphragm material
and will affect assembly of manifolds. Refer to
the parts list to verify which gasket to use.
NOTE:
NOTE: If removing the diaphragm shaft bearings

(111), use an o-ring pick to remove the u-cups

7. Use a bearing puller to remove the diaphragm
shaft bearings (111), air valve bearings (115)
or pilot pin bearings (113). Do not remove
undamaged bearings.
8. Inspect the u-cups. Replace as needed.
