① Unable to load Serial Number
It occurs due to hardware problem. VCI board needs to be replaced.
When VCI module is replaced, the new serial number contained in the new VCI module is copied to
the main board automatically.
Register the new serial number to SMS server and put the new serial number sticker to the base unit.
