Battery replacement
Tools needed: Service tool (red),
part number: 890-22-2270-00
Replacement of the Li-ion battery can only be performed by trained hearing care professionals.
Look for the battery drawer
release hole on the bottom of
the instrument.

Open battery drawer fully.

Use gloves to place the new
battery as shown with the + sign
facing up for both the battery and
the battery drawer.

Insert the service tool at an
angle as shown in the battery
drawer release hole to open
the battery drawer.

Remove the Li-ion battery and
recycle it according to the
country specifications.

Reset the battery statistics in Oasis
A. Connect the instruments
B. Click End Session
C. Click Batteries
D. Click Right or Left
E. Click Add number

The battery drawer has been
released.

Take a new battery. Use gloves
to avoid moisture or oil from
coming into contact with the
new battery.
