  • Page 4 1. Verify that you have new batteries for the hearing instruments. 2. Make sure that the SoundGate is fully charged. If not, recharge the day before your demonstration. You may use the wall outlet charging unit, or you may charge from a computer or laptop with the USB charging cable.

  • Page 6 Push the phone key on the SoundGate when a ringing tone is heard in the hearing instruments. 3. The phone conversation can then begin. 4. To end this call, press the phone key on the SoundGate. The phone key will no longer be green. 5. End the call on the mobile phone.
