Bringen Sie alle vier Wochen etwas Silikonöl auf die
Laufschiene auf oder bei einer Geräuschentwicklung.
Before lifting the rower, the seat has to be in the front
position, otherwise it can injured your fingers!
Apply a small amount of lubricate oil on the alloy rails
and wipe off any excess oil. Apply oil every 1 month or if
there is some noise.
