• After use, clean the pot as soon as possible with hot water and dishwashing liquid. Dry with a cloth
afterwards.
• Soak sticky leftovers. If necessary, use a wooden spatula, a sponge or brush to remove leftovers.
Caution: Do not use hard objects, steel wool, abrasive powders, or aggressive cleaning agents such
as chlorine bleach.
• Use a commercially available care product for stainless steel pots in order to remove potential discol-
orations.
• Caution: Do not rinse a hot lid made of glass under cold water. The lid could get damaged from the
temperature shock.
