Enable Static Virtual Lockstep mode
Mirror Mode will set entire 1LM/2LM memory in
system to be mirrored, consequently reducing the
memory capacity by half. Mirror Enable will disable
XPT Prefetch
Partial mirror mode will enable the required size of
memory to be mirrored. If rank sparing is enabled
partial mirroring will not take effect. Mirror Enable
will disable XPT Prefetch
