A device configured for installation in Slot 0 of a VXIbus mainframe.
This device is unique in the VXIbus system in that it performs the
VMEbus System Controller functions, including clock sourcing and
arbitration for data transfers across the backplane. Installing such a device
into any other slot can damage the device, the VXIbus backplane, or both.
A device whose logical address cannot be set through software; that is,
it is not dynamically configurable.
A VMEbus signal that is used by a device to indicate an internal failure.
A failed device asserts this line.
Either TTL or ECL lines used for intermodule communication.

Text-based VXI Interactive Control Program, a part of the NI-VXI bus
interface software package. Used to program VXI devices, and develop

VMEbus Extensions for Instrumentation
A program in the NI-VXI bus interface software package that
initializes the board interrupts, shared RAM, VXI register
configurations, and bus configurations. This program must be run at
least once after rebooting your machine to initialize the system.
Text-based VXI Resource Editor program, a part of the NI-VXI bus
interface software package. Used to configure the system, edit the
manufacturer name and ID numbers, edit the model names of VXI and
non-VXI devices in the system, as well as the system interrupt
configuration information, and display the system configuration
information generated by the Resource Manager.
