Under the "Video Decoder" tab it allows the options of NTSC_M
PAL_B and SECAM_K for the Video Standard.
Under the "Advanced" tab it allows the options of selecting the
Video Standard and the Maximum Bandwidth of USB t r ansfer
speed. It is advisable to set the Horizontal and Vertical Offset at
default.
