Place a Call via "SIP Proxy Server"

Use your new Wi-Fi phone to make and receive VoIP telephone calls when you are within range of a wireless network

Telephony Service Provider (ITSP). You do not need to know if the recipient's connection type is an IP, cellular, or

landline-based service. Your Wi-Fi phone can call any landline or mobile telephone that a traditional PSTN telephone

can connect to as well as the IP telephone network. Calls received from IP telephones work exactly as you would

expect from the traditional telephone service.

Your Wi-Fi phone registers with a SIP proxy server in the following circumstance:

• Your connection uses an IP Telephony Service.
