Control button
For location of the control button, see Product overview on page 6 .
The control button is used for:
Sending out a test tone that calibrates the Auto Speaker Test. Press and release the control button.
Resetting the product to factory default settings. See page 35.
Connecting to an AXIS Video Hosting System service. See page 30. To connect, press and hold the button for about 3
seconds until the Status LED flashes green.
Connecting to AXIS Internet Dynamic DNS Service. See page 30. To connect, press and hold the button for about 3 seconds.
Microphone Disable Switch
For location of the microphone disable switch, see Product overview.
The microphone disable switch is used to mechanically turn the microphone ON or OFF. The factory default setting for this switch
is ON.

LED Indicators

Status LED
Unlit
Green
Amber
Red
Indication
Unlit for normal operation.
Steady green for normal operation.
Steady during startup and when restoring settings.
Slow flash for failed upgrade.
