Creating Ethernet WAN Connection

Prior to creating an Ethernet WAN connection, specify a LAN port that will be used as the WAN
port (see the Interface Grouping section, page 63).

A type of network protocol to be used by the connection. Available
values:
PPPoE
IPoE (for the Static IP and DHCP connection types).
Select the checkbox to enable the connection.
The direction of this connection.
Physical layer
Select the value corresponding to the LAN port specified as the
WAN port.
A MAC address assigned to the interface.
