Your ODC 1220 Two Man Pontoon Boat comes in two separate cartons consisting of the following parts:
FRONT FISHING FRAME

(1) Seat Support Frame Member
(1) Tall Seat Support Frame Member
(1) Plastic Padded Seat Back
(1) Plastic Padded Seat Bottom
(2) Seat Assembly Pins
(4) Seat Screws
(1) Leaning Bar
(1) Standing Platform
(1) Long U-Bar
(1) Under the Seat, Zippered Mesh Bag
(1) Behind the Seat, Zippered Mesh Bag
(1) Stripping Apron and Stripping Apron Waist Belt
(12) Short Snap Pins
(4) Long Snap Pins
OARS & OARLOCKS
(1) Pair 8 foot, 3 piece oars
(1) Pair bronze oarlocks, with split rings
(1) Pair Oar Stops
(2) Oarlock Bushings
WARRANTY CARD & PATCH KIT
Please take a moment to lay out all frame parts as shown in figures 1 & 2 to familiarize
ODC 1220
yourself with the frame parts of your new pontoon boat.

PONTOONS
(1) Pair pontoons: Each pontoon consists of
30 oz. thermal welded cover, 420 denier nylon liner and
30 gauge PVC bladder with valve insert
and valve plate all pre-assembled.
(16) Cam-lock straps
Complete with a set of adapters

  • Page 3 NOTE: Always inflate the Pontoons first, before attaching to frame. 1. Position inflated Pontoons under the Left and Right Frame Members with ODC 1220 logo oriented to the outside. The valve covers at top of Pontoon should fit between the Front Fishing Frame and the Rear Rowing Frame (see figure 3).

    2. Do not store your ODC1220 in direct sunlight. 3. If you are leaving your ODC 1220 out in the sun for any amount of time, be aware that the heat can increase the pressure inside the pontoons to a dangerous level. Let some of the air out of the pontoons if the craft will be out of the water in the sun for any length of time, or if it is stored in a vehicle, etc.
