System Requirements
• MHL enabled video source device (i.e. Smartphone, Tablet)
• VGA enabled video display device (i.e. television, projector)
• USB Power Source (i.e. Computer / USB Wall power adapter)
• USB A to Micro USB B Cable (Typically included)
• VGA Cable (male/male)
• Stereo 3.5mm Audio Cable (Optional)
Hardware Installation and Operation
1. Connect the "Micro USB (MHL) Breakout Cable" to the Micro USB
Port on your MHL-enabled video source device.
2. Connect a VGA Cable (m/m) from the" VGA Output Port" on the
MHD2VGA, to the VGA input port on your VGA-enabled video
display device (i.e. television, projector).
3. Using the USB A to USB Micro B cable included with your mobile
device, connect your USB Power source to the "Micro USB Power
Port" on the MHD2VGA.
4. (Optional) If you would like your video output to include
accompanying audio, connect the 3.5mm Audio cable from the
"3.5mm Audio Output Port" on the MHD2VGA audio source
device (i.e. computer, Blu-ray Player) to the 3.5mm audio input
ports on the VGA2HD2 using a stereo 3.5mm Audio Cable.
5. The MHL-enabled device output will now appear on the
HDMI® display.
