- Page 2 Important Safety Instructions: Please read all instructions carefully before assembling. For your safety, assembly by two or more adults is strongly recommended. DO NOT use your ball until you have read and understood this instruction/information in full. Keep these instructions for future use.
- Page 3 Assembly Instruction Steps: 1. Remove cap from the pump air nozzle. Insert the adapter to the nozzle as shown. 2. Insert the adapter into the hole of ball and hold firmly with one hand. I nflate ball until it is 80% of its maximum size or about 55 centimeters.
- Page 4 After waiting the recommended time, remove the ball plug and immediately insert the pump adapter with pump back into the ball. Repeat steps 1&2 until ball is inflated to optimum size (65 cm). Reinsert Plug when complete. To remove Plug from ball, slip u-shaped Plug Remover underneath the Plug and lift. Place the ball cushion on base.
