Troubleshooting

Problem

Possible Cause
Weak connection of the
white cable
Electric assembly is
broken
Big deviation of the speed
sensor
Oiling hole in housing was
blocked by debris
Oil pumper was blocked
by oil residue
Plastic gear was worn out Plastic gear
Guide bar was worn out
Fault Position Test & Solution
Open the housing, check if the white
Battery cable that connects to the battery
connection connection terminal was insufficiently
terminals (base) soldered (weak connection), re-solder
the cable and check the function.
Electric assembly Open the housing, replace PCBA
Open the housing, replace the motor
Motor assembly

Oil hole in Open the housing, clear the oil hole in
housing housing.
Open the housing, replace the oil tank
Oil tank assembly

Open the housing, replace the plastic
gear; check and clear the oil hole in the
housing.
