Securing the burner to the boiler
Prepare a suitable lifting system using rings
3)(Fig. 12).
Fit the heat insulation supplied onto the blast tube 4).
Fit the entire burner onto the boiler hole prepared previously,
as in Fig. 11, and fasten with the screws supplied.
The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.

Access to head internal part
In order to reach inside the combustion head (Fig. 13) proceed as
follows:
disconnect the electrical connections of the servomotor
pump motor derivation unit;
disconnect the levers related to the cam and the movement
of the head 12);
unscrew the 4 fixing screws 1) and open the burner on the
hinge;
disconnect the cable 14) from the electrode 2);
disconnect the light oil pipes unscrewing the two pipe
fittings 3).

Electrode position
Position the electrode on ignition pilot according to
the dimensions shown in Fig. 14.

Be careful as some drops of fuel may leak out
during this phase.
Release the ignition pilot fitting 13);
remove the gas pressure screw/test point 6) of the head;
unscrew the locking screw of the oil lance 9) and extract
the oil lance from the combustion head 10);
pull out the inner part of the head 5).
