Mounting steps:
Step1: Adjust the height and pitch of the sensors/reflectors.
Select the position of the countersunk screw on the muting arm base
(1) Fixed setting:
Recommended setting with fixed 90 degree angle.
Position the countersunk screw so that it sits at the position for the fixed
setting and in the intended groove
(2) Variable setting:
In this setting, the pitch of the arms can be adjusted with the help of the
Allen screw
Position the countersunk screw so that it sits at the position for the
variable setting
Guide two sliding blocks into each of the slots
Screw the arms loosely into the sliding blocks at the intended height and
tighten the screws securely
Variable setting: Adjust the pitch of the sensors/reflectors with the help of
the Allen screw
Set-AC-MTX(.2)-2S / 1S only
Step 2: Position the sensors/reflectors.
Loosen the duct cover
Loosen the Allen screw
Position the sensors/reflectors by moving in the axial direction
After aligning, retighten the Allen screw
Cut the duct cover to the appropriate length and remount
Step 3: Align the sensors and reflectors.
Loosen the two Phillips screws
Turn to set the correct angle of the sensors/reflectors
After aligning, retighten the Phillips screws
