The different shaded blocks show the tags that
JAZZ™ DoseCoach
These are based on the usual fasting time and
usual meal times that you can change in the
settings.
Usual fasting time

Fasting tags will be suggested two hours either
side of the usual fasting time. In this example,
from 5:00 to 9:00.
