    LTE Standard Module Series EC25 Mini PCIe Hardware Design Introduction This document defines EC25 Mini PCIe module, and describes its air interfaces and hardware interfaces which are connected with customers’ applications. This document helps customers quickly understand module interface specifications, electrical characteristics, mechanical specifications and other related information of the module.

    Chapter 3.4.1. 3.10.3. W_DISABLE# Signal EC25 Mini PCIe provides a W_DISABLE# signal to disable or enable the RF function (excluding GNSS). The W_DISABLE# pin is pulled up by default. Its control function for airplane mode is disabled by default, and AT+QCFG=“airplanecontrol”,1 can be used to enable the function.
