• Thoroughly read instructions and guidelines before
attempting to install and use your cargo basket.
• Do not exceed the weight capacity of your vehicle's
rack system.
• Your carrying weight is the combined weight of the
basket and its contents (Basket weight = 35lbs.).
• Where possible, position the vehicle's load bars
towards the back of the vehicle. This will help
with fuel efficiency and wind noise.
• Check SportRack's Fit Guide for approved fits
on factory installed racks.
• Secure loads with SportRack's cargo net (SR9031,
sold separately).

  • Page 1 • Where possible, position the vehicle’s load bars towards the back of the vehicle. This will help with fuel efficiency and wind noise. • Check SportRack’s Fit Guide for approved fits on factory installed racks. • Secure loads with SportRack’s cargo net (SR9031, sold separately).
  • Page 2 • Slide the two halves of the basket (A) together. Align the holes in the bottom and top tubes and install screws (D) on both sides using the allen key (J). Top view • Install wind deflector (G) using screws (H), plastic washers (I) and knobs (C) as shown. 501-5995_01...
  • Page 3 • Put the basket on the factory or aftermarket crossbars to determine where the bar saddles (F) are to be located. For optimal support on the rack, place the bar saddles as close to the ends of your crossbars as possible. The diagram at left shows the attachment area shaded in gray.
  • Page 4 Threaded Knob (C) Clamp Plate (B) Bar Saddle (F) • Attach to crossbars by placing u-bolt (E) under the crossbar and up through the bar saddle (F). Slip the clamp plate (B) over the threaded ends of the u-bolt. Clamp plate must rest on the top of the basket rail.
