STEP 5-1
Attach the Pivot Frame (13) onto the Top Frame (12) with one Hexagon Head Bolt (73) and
one Nylon Nut (85). Tighten bolt and nylon nut with one 14 mm-17 mm Double Open End
Wrench and one 17 mm-19 mm Double Open End Wrench provided.
