3.2 Cause – Recommended Solutions
Malfunction
No power on compressor
Either main isolator switch is closed or
circuit breaker is blown
One of pressure switches has cut the
circuit out
The cabinet is defrosting
Clogging of condenser
Condenser fans are failed to run
HP/LP pressure control switch cuts-out
the compressor
Electronic controller is defective
Compressor contactor is adhered or
any other problem is occurred
The refrigerant is not adequate in the
circuit
Setting parameters are wrong
Cabinet is overloaded or storage of
products is wrong
Clogging of condenser (condenser is
dirty)
Compressor is out of order
Clogging of evaporator (ice or snow
formation)
Cabinet is overloaded or storage of
products is wrong
Cabinet is placed close to a heat or light
source or affected by air movement
Setting parameter(s) is wrong
Lighting switch is off
LEDs and/or LED driver(s) are defective Replace
Electrical system of the cabinet is
malfunctioned
Causes
Recommended Solutions
Check if there is a power cut on the network
Check if the power supply conditions are the same
as it is defined in the technical label.
Check if the board connections are tight.
Check if the main isolator switch is on or there is any
problem with circuit breakers
Manually reset HP pressure switch if it cuts the
compressor out
Approximately wait for one hour. If compressor still
stays off, call for technical assistance
Clean up the condenser

Check loading of products and analyse if any factor
prevents air circulation
