Notice Avoid handling the switcher circuit boards in high static environments such as carpeted areas, and when synthetic fiber clothing is worn. Touch the frame to dissipate static charge before removing boards from the frame, and exercise proper grounding precautions when working on circuit boards.

    GPI Control The GPI function of the Synergy Q/MD/X switcher provides 10 input ports and 10 output ports, each of which can be programmed for specific functions. • The GPI Input function allows you to associate a GPI input pulse with an area, button, Custom Control, and memory recall on the switcher that you would like to trigger, when that specific pulse is received from an external device (e.g., trigger MLE 3 Auto Trans,...

    Aux Bus Group The Synergy Q/MD/X switcher provides up to 48 Aux Buses, depending on the number of outputs you have, each of which can route video to external devices such as monitors, still stores or VTRs. Aux Buses are arranged into groups of eight Aux Buses for each of the six Aux Bus Banks. This means that each bank has Aux Bus 1 through 8.
