To call for help

Press one of the help buttons: neck
pendant, Fall Detection pendants,
wristband or mobile device.
Ƽ
When you hear an operator asking if
you are okay, please provide your status.
Ƽ
If you need help, ADT will work with you
and the data transmitted by your mobile
device to determine your location. Help
is dispatched by ADT through the closest
available public emergency responders.

If your location cannot be determined,
ADT will call your primary contact
number as well as emergency contacts.
Ƽ
ADT cannot dispatch to a moving vehicle.
Ƽ
The mobile device provides voice
announcements-such as "call in
progress" when an emergency call is
initiated. There may be situations where
the voice prompts don't complete the
entire phrase when another voice event
occurs. In this instance, the latter voice
prompt event cuts in and the current
voice prompt may be ended prematurely.
