Testing the help button
Ƽ
Press the help button (wristband,
standard neck pendant or Fall
Detection pendant) firmly one time
(2 seconds).
Ƽ
If button's red light flashes, this
indicates that a signal is being sent
to the mobile device.
Ƽ
The mobile device says several times
"call in progress."
Ƽ
When the call goes through it says,
"please stand by for operator."
Ƽ
An emergency operator will
communicate with you through
the mobile device.

Note: The mobile device will not
transmit an emergency call if you
have already sent one within the
previous two minutes.
Ƽ
Please state clearly to the operator
that "this is a test."
Ƽ
You can also test the help buttons
using the test button on the mobile
device. If you do not explain to
the operator that you are testing
your unit, emergency help could be
dispatched.
