Configuring Infiniium Software for InfiniiMax Ultra Series Probe Amplifiers and Probe Heads

Source Estimate Option Availability

The Source Estimate option is available for the following combinations of probe
amplifiers, probe heads, orientation of probe head in the probing setup, and
measurement mode.

How to Change Probe Response Option

Option 1 - Use the button on the probe amplifier
Press the Probe Response button to switch
between the two probe response options.
The probe response selected using the Probe Response button gets automatically reflected in the
Infiniium GUI and vice versa.

Option 2 - Use the Infiniium software GUI
In the Probe Configuration dialog box, select
Differential Src Est as the measurement mode.
This sets Source Estimate as the probe
response for your amplifier.
For all other measurement modes, True View is
applicable.
