    POWXG6010 Fig 5A Fig 5B  Lift the discharge flap and remove the grass collect box.  Push the mulching wedge into the discharge channel.( Fig 5A). Lock the mulching wedge with housing. (the nose on the bottom side of the mulching wedge grip must snap into the opening in the housing.

    POWXG6010 Make sure the motor stopped and blade has come to a complete stillstand!!  Lift the side flap and remove the side discharge channel.  The side flap is automatically closed by a spring. 7 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Before starting Service the engine with EU95 or 98 and oil as instructed in the separate engine manual packed in your mower.

    POWXG6010 To stop engine CAUTION: The blade continues to rotate for a few seconds after the engine is shut off. Release the brake control handle to stop the engine and blade. Disconnect and ground the spark plug wire as instructed in the separate engine manual to prevent accidental starting while equipment is unattended.

    POWXG6010 CAUTION: Do not over-tighten the spark plug as engine damage may occur. 9 LUBRICATION INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION: Disconnect spark plug wire before servicing. WHEELS-Lubricate the ball bearings in each wheel at least once a season with a light oil. ENGINE-Follow engine manual for lubrication instructions. BLADE CONTROL-Lubricate the pivot points on the blade control handle and the brake cable at least once a season with light oil.

Service air cleaner as per separate engine manual under normal conditions. Clean every few hours under extremely dusty conditions. Poor engine performance and flooding usually indicates that the air cleaner should be serviced.
