Make sure you are pressing and holding
the button for at least 2 seconds.

To reset the TA-119, unplug the AC ADAPTER
PLUG from the back of the TA-119 for 10
seconds and remove the battery (if one is
installed). The greeting, incoming messages
and time/day stamp will be lost. Re-record the
greeting and set the time and day.

Helpline staff can often resolve problems or
recommend repair service when needed.

Service Center, you may be required to mail a
