LIGHTNING
Fuels used
The acceptable fuels of this grill/smoker are:

Do not use logs or other timbers as fuel. Their
calorific value is too high and too much heat can
damage the grill.

timber are not covered by the warranty.
Lightning
1. Open the lid.
2. Put to the charcoal grid couple of pages of news-
paper or couple para n-based lighter cubes.
3. Add 2-3 handfuls of charcoals or briquettes on top
those.
4. Open the bottom vent and light the newspaper or
lightning cubes by using long match or lighter.
5. Close the lid.
6. Leave bottom vent open and open top vent. Leave
those fully open for 10 minutes to build a bed of hot
embers.
7. When the charcoals or briquettes have turned light
grey and are covered with ash, the grill is ready for
use.
Note!
Never use lightning fluid, gasoline or spirits for
ignition of the grill.
WARNING: Do not use petrol or spirits for ignition or
for the increase of the flames. Use only the ignition
means according to standard 1860-3.
All kindling materials are sold separately.
FIRST TIME LIGHTNING
Note!
Ignoring these instructions may cause
damages to grill.
1. Open the lid.
2. Put to charcoal grid couple of pages of newspaper
or couple para n-based lighter cubes.
3. Add 2-3 handfuls of charcoals or briquettes on top
those. Do not put too much charcoal to the charcoal
grid. It may cause too intense, it might cause dam-
ages to grill.
4. Open the bottom vent and light the newspaper or
lightning cubes by using long match or lighter.
5. Close the lid.
6. Make sure that flames are not too high and dam-
ages felt gasket seal. Gasket seal matures properly
during fist lightning times.
7. Leave until all charcoals has burned and extin-
guished.
8. Let grill cool down completely.
9. Check and tight all dome headed nuts.
The metal bands expand and loses by the heat.
Check and tight when necessary
10. Grill is now ready for use.

OPERATING THE GRILL

Preparationsbeforegrilling
Before grilling, following steps should be taken into
account.
1. Remove ash from firebox.
2. Oil grilling grid with vegetable oil. That prevent food
sticking into the grid.
